Additional Services
In 2026 Generations Care is just getting started! We are working to fill other important Elder Care gaps in our communities, including:

Community Volunteer Work
Creating opportunities for intergenerational learning and growth is great for seniors/elders and our community. We create fulfilling volunteer opportunities honouring our seniors/elders and to keep healthy brains and bodies.

Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI)
This is a government funded respite program that can pay our agency to give caregivers to older adults a break. Must qualify through Assisted Living Alberta, usually through the Home Care Nursing team.

Community Outreach
We go to the local community events and offer a respite station for caregivers. We provide program registration, ask about what community members would like for respite, and provide a fun station for children and elders alike. We also provide caregiver family resources on our social media platforms.
